EVERY INCH A KING

We love doing research for our projects at Artman English, specially when it involves going to The Old Vic to see Glenda Jackson incarnating King Lear... What a treat! It was the crowning glory of another Shakespearean rehearsal week, during which we blocked two more scenes and welcome back one of the members of our ensemble, Ignas (Gloucester in the show), who had been honing his Spanish skills in Granada for three weeks! :)

Aaand this coming Wednesday, the Artman English Ensemble will watch the other current London production of King Lear, at the Barbican. We are eager to see another talented performer offering the audience their uniquely different version of such a fascinating character... Have we mentioned how much we love our job? ;)
